FMC Technologies’ Temporary Pipe Restraint (TPR) system increases operational efficiencies and safety at the well site. The TPR system comes in two models (Standard and Premium) and is a readily available restraint system that will perform in the event of an iron failure.The system is easy to rig up and down using the restraining link (R-link), connection link (C-link) and hitch pin. FMC’s TPR system is easier and faster to use and service than competitive restraints. It can be rigged up and down concurrently with pipework rigging, rather than the sequential rigging required by competitive systems.
